Meet the Team
John and Annell Bailey started Romana LLC in 2006, just one year into their marriage. Annell graduated from Bob Jones University with a financial degree. Since then, Annell has acquired her General Contractors and Real Estate licenses. John has his General Contractors, as well as plumbing, electrical, heating and air, and underground utilities.

OwnerAnnell is a licensed general contractor, real estate agent, CEPSCI inspector, and owner of Romana and Anchor Custom Homes. Annell was born and raised in the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic, where her parents own a construction business. Annell came to Greenville to attend Bob Jones University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management. In addition to her strong involvement in her career, Annell describes herself as a proud mom of two beautiful girls.

General ContractorBorn and raised in Michigan, John has been a business owner since the age of 14. He is a Licensed General Contractor and also holds electrical, plumbing and HVAC licenses. A hands-on person, John is personally involved in every aspect of construction and can be found on the jobsite or reached directly any time. He understands and respects the importance of deadlines. John describes himself as a loving husband and father.
